Semi-Automatic Case Erector

The CT-22V Semi-Automatic case Erect/Bottom Seal System closes the bottom four flaps of a corrugated case,utilizing the V-Fold, and seals it with pressure sensitive tape. In one continuous motion, the operator squares a case, places it on the pack table (closing the minor bottom flaps); then the case is presented to the side belts where the major flaps are Plowed utilizing the V-Fold; then tape is applied from the bottom tape head.

Features of this Semi-Automatic Case Erector include a powder coated finish, open tape feed path, full welded frame with adjustable legs and a re-designed operation.

Automatic Case Erector

Semi-Automatic Random Case Taper

The CT-4 SAR Semi-Automatic Random Case Taper is a compact random top and bottom case sealer. The CT-4 SAR can seal multiple sizes of cases without the operator performing a changeover. Operator simply presents case with all flaps closed to the sealer. Top tape head and side belt drives will adjust automatically to each individual sized case.
